No Added Sugar was established in 2001 to inspire people through creativity, consultation, engagement, inclusion, involvement and fun, to develop talent and celebrate art.
We have partnerships with numerous primary, secondary and special needs school and other agencies including:
- The Arts Council of England South West
- Swindon Youth Services
- The Swindon and Wiltshire History centre
- SPLASH - Wiltshire Police charity
- Smash - mentor for at risk young people
- Scientists at ALSPAC Bristol
- Bristol Muslim Cultural Society
As a social animal it is very important for me to be able to split my time between the solitude of my studio work and our participatory projects. I love the opportunity to work in partnership with other creative people to write new and exciting projects that challenge me as an artist and as a facilitator.
I constantly attend training and education to ensure we deliver ‘best practice’ at all times.
I am currently completing a post graduate course at the University of the West of England on Participatory Arts and Media Practice and taking part in Mission 2 an Arts council initiative.
